While some have experienced issues with the phone number not working, leading to poor customer service, many members still find the gym to be a great value with reasonable membership costs. The gym tends to be busy, but there are usually enough amenities and equipment available. Planet Fitness also offers additional services such as showers, locker rooms, tanning, and massage facilities, including a Hydro Bed and Massage Chair. The staff is generally friendly, but some members have noted that they can be busy talking to each other and may not always notice when assistance is needed. The gym is described as well-equipped, with a good layout and a variety of machines. Many members enjoy the 24-hour access, which allows for flexible workout times. Some customers have suggested that an expanded selection of free weights and additional machines would improve the experience. The gym has very crowed equipment.
Not liking that you just about have to walk so close to people working out on equipment.
Also, we feel they wasted so much space at the front check in

They need to have a planet fitness clock in the gym
It's a decent gym - but as someone who travels a lot and goes to planet fitness in other locations, this one in particular is lacking a decent sized stretching area for how busy it is. I'll usually have to stretch at home. Some things like the rower machine have had loose parts for weeks. With some more care and maybe better floor planning this could be 5 stars. But I mean, people are tucking stretching mats in between machines because the floor is always full.
Pros:
- Cheap VIP membership
- Hydro Bed/Massage Chair
- Good hours
Cons:
- Constant build up of dust in the corners and under machines
- They want you to wipe your machines down after every use which is great, but the paper towel dispensers are often broken and/or out of paper in order to do so
- Staff are not always very friendly and top busy standing around talking to each other to notice you when you need something, and as mentioned above, do not seem to restock paper towels often enough
