    I am so happy that I was able to attend Kevin’s powerlifting workshop this weekend. There’s no bs here and nothing to be intimidated by. Kevin is professional, very knowledgeable, and obviously cares about what he is doing. This is not just a bunch of talking – Kevin will go through each lift with you, review your technique, suggest the fixes that YOU need, and review again so you can see the improvements. He seems to never tire of questions, either. I got so much great feedback, I just wish I had thought to write down some notes. I can’t wait to get back in the gym this week and start putting it all into practice. (I tried to come up with at least one criticism, but honestly, I can think of none). :)

    I attended one of Kevin's workshops and was impressed by his level of knowledge and ability to teach the three lifts. He was able to give me great advice on how to improve my squat that I'm excited to use in training. Thanks Kevin!

    I attended a powerlifting workshop put on by Kevin today and it was definitely well worth the drive down from Edmonton. He used video analysis to help give instant feedback. He'd correct, video and review so right away you could feel and then see the difference. It was a small group and he really took the time to answer all our questions and help us all improve our lifts. I am so glad I went and would definitely attend another one in the future if there was an opportunity.
