Kimi was awesome! I have very thick and long curls, and I was super nervous getting it cut in a new town. Kimi made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She layered my hair so well and really understood how to handle thick curls. We used a few reference photos from my phone and she did an excellent job using them as a guide for my cut. We were fortunate enough to get a last-minute hair appointment over spring break when we were visiting from out of town. My 5 yr old daughter had long hair, which was not in the best state. Our appointment was with Felicia. (I hope that’s the right spelling) She was very patient and flexible with us, as we ran well past our appointment time and she was able to fit us in a little later in the afternoon to finish up. My daughter wanted to go from Long to a very short bob. Felicia did such a good job layering her hair so it’s shaped to my daughter’s face very nicely. My daughter left very happy. Ashley never ever disappoints! She's so much fun to see, and always full of wonderful conversation— she remembers so much about her clients and her care is very evident.
