The team at Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital are amazing and have been caring for my little Polly her whole life. She loves the team and drags me through the front door so she can visit whenever we are near the clinic! Dr. Jason and Dr. Becky are always very patient and thoughtful when responding to all of my questions. Every visit is met with follow-up inquiring how Polly is feeling since her visit. While it was disappointing that we weren't able to fully prevent the need to remove some of Polly's little teeth due to her progressing periodontal issues, I've been very impressed that Dr. Becky has twice now caught a cracked or loose tooth that has hopefully enabled us to avoid the need to remove any more teeth going forward (fingers crossed)!

Discovering that your dog has a sudden health concern can be very distressing. Fortunately, the team at Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital was able to accommodate us with a prompt, short-notice appointment. The clinic is bright, welcoming, and exceptionally comfortable.
The veterinarian was reassuring and efficiently identified the issue. It is immediately clear that every member of the staff is genuinely passionate about animal care. Not only was my dog well looked after, but he also enjoyed interacting with the team throughout the visit.
I’ve found an outstanding veterinary clinic in the Okanagan and would highly recommend their clinic and team!

THIS IS THE BEST VET CLINIC EVER. The staff and doctors truly care for your pets. They have seen our dog numerous times and didn’t charge and are always keen on natural remedies before pharmaceuticals. They got our dog Wesley in on short notice a few times. Absolutely great business and customer service.
We live in Lake Country, but are more than willing to make the drive to Pandosy Vet. Our cat needed 13(!!) teeth out, and they were great during the entire process. They kept us informed throughout the procedure, gave us detailed instructions for aftercare, called the morning after the surgery to check in on the Kitty.
Amazing staff, amazing doctors. Dr Dani was the one who helped us, and we are beyond grateful for everything she’s done.

I chose Pandosy Vet about ten years ago when I rescued my dog, Chubbers. I was drawn to the mix of holistic and Western veterinary care, and I liked that the inside doesn’t look like a hospital.
Chubs was an anxious dog, but because of the staff, the vet was never a scary place. In fact, over the years she warmed up to them and would even take treats! I was even able to try acupuncture with her! Something that, in her early years, would have been a no-go.
Over her life she could have had two surgeries, but due to my finances, that was asking a lot. Dr. Jason never pressured me; instead, he walked me through comfort care and how to take the right measures to help her recover at home. Which she did!
This is why, when the moment for her last day came, I was the one who didn’t have to be afraid to go to the vet. I knew the two of us would be cared for like we always had been. And we were! ❤️❤️
