I've been meaning to write this for a while. I had a flood in my basement which is a nightmare of course. Within 20 minutes of our phone call to insurance Jason was at our house having a look. He immediatly put us at ease and from there on that was our experience with onside. All of the employees who came to my home were friendly, professional and did a great job.

On a Friday in June 2021 we discovered a water line that goes into our LG Refrigerator was cracked causing water build up under the hardwood flooring, spreading into the livingroom and into an adjoining bedroom. By Monday, On Side arrived, pulled up some floor boards and set up large machines to dry the area for a few days. All the hardwood flooring (kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, hallway), baseboards, some carpeting, some new gyproc, some painting, etc. replaced within 1 month and 3 days !! With the help of the flooring manufacturer and supplier (Shaw Industries, through Dannburg Flooring of Kelowna, BC) the project moved along quickly.
