I've been a loyal customer for six years, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed. Twice in the last four months, their battery tester was broken, even though this is a small tool, they should have a back up. When I asked for some form of compensation, rain check or a discount, the manager refused to offer anything, and he didn't even bother to speak with me directly to address my concerns. This has definitely changed my view on this location; I'll think twice before heading there again.

Fast friendly service , great place for oil and tire changes . I had a wonderful experience from a man named Cole , fast friendly , energetic , and a pleasure to talk too , I highly recommend everyone to stop by and have him work on your vehicle at the Underhill Rd location in Kelowna BC , will definitely be going back there .

Changed my flat tire and fixed an issue with our tire pressure monitors and sent us on our way. No charge! Super nice and talented crew that knew what they were doing. Worked fast! Thank you!
