Nick and his staff are very helpful and knowledgable about their products. Really happy with the SICO product they carry and it was nice because it only required one coat and really enhanced the look of our cedar planter. Hapy to support a local Kelowna business and the customer service is what really separates them from the big box stores : )

We would highly recommend Modern Paint & Floors! Customer service above and beyond! We purchased stain for our log home from them - not only did they stay open late to wait for us as we were traveling from out of the area to purchase, but when we needed more product - they delivered to a friend in Lake Country so he could get it to us!
