I could not rate this place highly enough. Kennedy, my student stylist, is very accomplished for her level of study, courteous and easy to talk to. The teaching staff seem friendly, highly qualified and professional.The salon itself feels more like a real salon environment rather than a place of learning and the rates are impressively low, especially compared to hair styling services in Kelowna and BC.I understand student cuts are not for everyone, but I fail to see how anyone could be unimpressed with the offering here. A very easy five stars ?

I had an amazing experience, Nicole was the student stylist. She listened, and gave me the exact haircut, colour and style that I described. The instructor was also amazing, I would highly recommend this hair studio!

They wouldn't allow my sleeping newborn into the spa for my 30 min lash tint. When asked why, she said 'I don't know, it's just a rule'Obviously I'm not going to leave my baby with a stranger at the check in counter.....so I guess I have to find a new place to get my lashes done.
