We recently visited La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries to order custom kitchen island stools, and Cathy was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and guided us effortlessly through selecting the perfect fabrics, wood, and stain colour.
Cathy went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her customers truly stand out. Thanks to her, our custom kitchen island bar stools turned out stunning—even better than we imagined!

We had an incredibly disappointing experience purchasing furniture from this La-Z-Boy Kelowna. After waiting nine weeks for delivery, we were told one of the pieces arrived damaged. This was disappointing, however the issue was how the manager dealt with the situation. Her tone was rude, and she talked at us not with us. We expected professionalism and respect, we got neither. We would strongly caution anyone considering buying from here — and the customer service were a complete letdown. We regret our purchase and will not be returning.

Ordered two recliner chairs from lazy boy, picked out the color and fabric only to receive chairs that were 1. the wrong color and 2. so poorly upholstered that you can wrinkling of the fabric and bunching. we reached out to the store after purchase to inquire about the issues and they said there was nothing they could do and would send it to corporate. we have not heard back and would not recommend their service due to lack of customer service care

Had a very negative experience with Ben, one of the manager's here. Unfortunately Lazy-Boy loses a long time customer in myself due to Ben's behaviour. Will never shop at this store again.
