Amazing! Got a flat tire and they were able to take me in practically right away. Cheaper than what a couple other shops were offering. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, not condescending which has been an issue in the past for me.

I'm not a car person, which is a bit embarrassing, but I took my vehicle to KP Tirecraft after engine light and troubling noises. Big Al was quick, responsive and explained things to me and pros and cons. Most of all, didn't pressure me into a decision - gave us the facts, invited us to do our own research, and provided suggestions. Then did excellent work. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience purchasing and installing 4 new winter tires. The staff are friendly and provide professional service, and are reasonably priced. The process was smooth, timely, and efficient. I will keep coming back here, and have been recommending all my friends to check out Tirecraft in Kelowna!
