We purchased our backsplash tile from Julie, she was so helpful and very quick with getting back to me about any questions I had. As we continued our kitchen Reno we realized we didn’t have enough of our current flooring to finish our kitchen flooring and it is now discontinued. We panicked and called every store that carried our flooring with no success. We thought we’d reach out to Julie to see if there was any chance she could find it, within an hour she emailed back saying she found some in a different city and could have it shipped up, we got it in 2 days! She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend working with her!

We had a great experience with House of Floors. John was extremely informative and took the time to walk us through all our options, answering every question we had with patience and expertise. The quality of the flooring is excellent, and made the install seamless. We were really impressed with the variety of samples available. It made it so much easier to find exactly what we were looking for. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had House of Floor do my Son's bedroom flooring did an excellent job quick and efficient. They helped me choose the correct flooring for the job and made sure the install went well. It was a small job but they went above and beyond to make sure it was done well and on-time.
