Driving into Kelowna from Vancouver on Friday night my check engine light came on. I couldn’t find a mechanic open on the weekend, so I ended up getting an OBD2 scanner. The errors I got on it gave very conflicting results about whether it was safe to drive home or not. I called 7 different places, none of which could help or get my car in to look at it for days. When I called Kelowna Auto Care, the person I reached (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was very stressed out by this point and forget to ask) said that they were also booked out and couldn’t get me in until Wednesday.However, he then patiently explained what the error meant and how to clear the errors...read full review
I always know my car is in safe hands here. They let me know what is wearing and tearing so I'm not shocked all at once. We've referred many friends here and they are all very happy!
Justin took great care of us; There was a bit of a booking period wait, but well worth it! We noticed the shop is always packed, but they provide honest service, good rates, and overall work was done in a timely manner!
