At first I was a little unsure of what truck to get or where to buy from. I looked through some online ads and happened upon their inventory page. My first correspondence was with Esther and I continued working with her. She is amazing! Very personable, replies quickly, and is knowledgable about the inventory. I recently purchased my new 2026 Chevrolet Trail Boss through Jasmine Kratz at Kelowna Chevrolet, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
Because I live about two hours away, most of my communication with Jasmine was through phone calls and text messages. She was incredibly responsive and always took the time to answer my many questions clearly and directly. What I appreciated most was that there was never any pressure or unnecessary sales pitch.
