My son was at Big White and called me to say my truck was leaking coolant. He drove into Kelowna hoping to get it fixed this afternoon, as we are from Maple Ridge.
He called Kelowna Auto Care at 3:30. They said to bring the truck in and they would see what they could do. Turns out it was the water pump and said it would be ready tonight.
They stayed open late to make sure my son could get home tonight. Given the circumstances, and the fact they stayed open late, the price was extremely fair.
Thank you guys so much for the quick turn around allowing my son and his friends to get back home tonight.

Installed aftermarket exhaust on my WRX 22'. Incredibly down-to-earth and easy to talk to. As an introvert, I don't like unnecessary chit-chat, and I was not annoyed or pressured by them at all.
An appointment was made for the following week.
Invoiced as quoted (straightforward job with no surprises, so it makes sense, but still appreciated). Exhaust hung perfectly and evenly. Could not be happier with their service. They will be my go-to for all of my vehicles.
This place is a great lil shop, first time I came i had my brakes done for a Hyundai santa fe 2016, the price for the work was perfect and the job was done quickly while I waited. 2nd time was an oil change and full service. Again Justin was amazing with the work done and customer service. I will definitely be recommending Kelwona Auto Care to anyone that's looking for a mechanic. Thank again guys!
