Brent was able to turn a few hurried phone calls in a grocery store parking lot, some grainy photos over email, and a vague idea into a beautiful, timeless, one of a kind piece of jewelry. Although I am surely not one of their top grossing clients, I was treated just like family. He was able to make a little lady very happy, and create a special moment that we will cherish for a very long time! Even though we live in another province, he was able to deliver our very special package discretely, securely, and safely.

I can’t say enough good things about International Jewellers and Brent, one of the owners. I had a very particular ring in mind that needed to be designed and made in a short amount of time. Not saying they can always do that, but Brent truly came through for me and my fiancée.
In this day and age of online shopping and big-box jewellery stores, it was such a refreshing experience to work with a family-owned business that genuinely cares. International Jewellers has been part of the Kelowna community for so many years, and you can feel the pride and dedication in the way they treat their customers.
