I am very happy with their service. I was traveling to Vernon and had a flat tire. Even though I deal with Integris in Penticton, the Kelowna store was very kind and helpful. A lot of businesses today, lack service. But not at this store. They were great.
Friendly and helpful! I noticed one of my tires had a slow leak this weekend, so I had stopped in to see if they could take a look at it after work today. It’s peak winter tire season, so I thought the chances of it getting looked at today was pretty low. They were able to take a look, remove the nail and repair my tire. The customer service was incredible and greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back for any maintenance needed in the future. Again, thank you guys so much!
As a broke university student who knows nothing about cars, they were incredibly patient with me. They ordered my winter tires the same day I came in and had them on within 3 hours of entering the shop! Now I know where I can go whenever something goes wrong with my car - Thanks!
