I visited today, 3 October 2026, from around 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM.
I was disappointed with the service from the male hairstylist. During the time I was there, I observed that he served only one customer, while each of the female hairstylists appeared to serve around five customers.
When it was my turn to sign up, I found his attitude rude and unwelcoming. As I approached him, he turned away from me instead of acknowledging or assisting me.
In contrast, the female hairstylists were working continuously and efficiently. I hope management will look into this and ensure customers are treated courteously and the workload is shared fairly among staff.
Weirdly enough I had the best haircut experience here that I’ve had in a really long time. I don’t know what her name was but the lady with the purple hair who did my cut was super nice. She was chill about the fact that my hair was freshly dyed, firstly. She was also totally open to the wacky combination of things I wanted to do to my head, haha. And she engaged in conversation for almost the whole time.

Great place for haircuts Anita is the best but I was in l this Sunday and only one hairdresser was on At 125 pm. With 140 min wait time People are leaving. Put more hairdressers on.
