Had an amazing experience with Amie, the assistant manager. She did my hair, put highlights and lowlights in with some layers. Love it so much, she did an excellent job. Will be back. Thank you guys so much ?
First visit a couple of months ago was great. This past Sunday there were only 2 people working and wait time went well past what was estimated and no updates provided while sitting and suffering to 1hr of country music. The one lady was doing a chemical treatment and though I know nothing about them, she sat for long periods of time not doing anything to her client and should easily have had time to cut my hair. Maybe not allowed more than 1 client on the go?
Its hit or miss on if your haircut is done properly, I find anyway. I have tried several of the hairdressers here and there seems to only be a few that can do it without leaving it uneven.
