Great experience at Dr. Phone Fix! Abey is a genius and a great guy! Really saved me. A car drove over my phone and it was obviously inoperable. Other shops said I'd need a screen replacement (for $350-450) - just to find out if the phone was working. Abey opened up my Samsung and attached a new screen just so we could mirror the data. My phone was older, so my primary concern was getting all of my data and photos. In and out in about 45 mins - mainly waiting for SmartSwitch to transfer the data to my new phone. Fast. Professional. Easy. Will ONLY go here from now on!

I had to visit the store twice in one week. Great customer service . My issue with the phone was all my own fault. The reasoning and why was explained to me in a clear manner .Would highly recommend this store. Gets a 5 star rating from me. Also, the charge was free. Unheard of in this day and age.
