Needing a home inspection I came here to Google and saw that Daylight Home Inspections had the most 5 star reviews so I called and spoke with PK who said he was extremely busy(another really good sign) but would try and get me in, which he did in a matter of days. We were very happy with the work he did and his communication was excellent-would recommend PK and Daylight Home Inspections to anyone-thanks PK!

PK did a thorough job. Then a provided a complete walk through looking at all the utilities and explaining his recommendations, any maintenance they might require, and anything else I might need to know.
