I got a haircut done by Courtney , she did an amazing job as she always does on my hair, I don’t even live in Kelowna but every time I visit I make sure to get my hair done by her. If I can rate this a 6 i would.
i came in right before close (within 10 minutes) as the woman at till was counting cash. while i knew i’d be quick - i had 2 specific products to grab and id be in&out, she didn’t know that, and she was still genuinely kind and considerate as she asked me if i needed help. she didn’t appear put-off or irritated at all when i walked in so close to closing, which feels so so rare in customer service, especially at the mall (i say as someone who used to work in customer service at this mall). both her and whom i believe was the manager were kind and leisurely in how they spoke with me, not rushing me at all, despite the fact that i wanted to be as quick as possible... read full review
My daughter and I have both had our hair cut by Ghezal at Chatters in the mall. She is absolutely amazing and full of great advice. We will definitely be making her our permanent hairdresser.
