A bottle had been accidentally flushed down the toilet causing a blockage. After setting an appointment between 6:00pm-8:00pm Julian called and let us know that he would be available ahead of schedule. He was very polite and respectful and explained everything to us. The pricing for his services were very reasonable as well.
Cole R with Trufinity came to our Condo today & fixed our sink. Great job, very efficient & very on top of his job. I recommend him for getting the job done. He shows up on time too.
Julien Metz was straight up awesome. Super friendly, efficient, and answered any questions I had about maintaining and operating what is a fairly significant investment. He made the whole process of replacing our obsolete broken down combi boiler, which I had been dreading, a really positive and worry free experience.
