My family and I went in today to talk about buying a new gaming PC, and we were directed to talk to Archie. Archie is awesome. he is very knowledge and super helpful. His advice was definitely on point, I understand more about what I'm buying now, and was able to make a purchase with confidence.

We would like to share our amasing experience. We came to Best Buy in Kelowna Orchard mall to buy automatic coffee machine. Right at the entrance Michelle, a salesperson, approached us and offered help. She was quick, professional, polite, knowledgeable and her help was amazing. She answered all our questions in a respectful manner,and we were able to complete the purchase quickly. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Michelle. Customer service was great, and they actually had what I needed in stock, BUT the women’s washroom is SO BAD. No toilet paper, dirty toilets, and it smells funky too. Sad we had to walk all the way to the food court bathroom :(
