We would like to share our amasing experience. We came to Best Buy in Kelowna Orchard mall to buy automatic coffee machine. Right at the entrance Michelle, a salesperson, approached us and offered help. She was quick, professional, polite, knowledgeable and her help was amazing. Customer service was great, and they actually had what I needed in stock, BUT the women’s washroom is SO BAD. No toilet paper, dirty toilets, and it smells funky too. Sad we had to walk all the way to the food court bathroom :(
