My computer went belly up, so I brought it in and they guided me through the repair process and were kind, despite it being too late for my poor laptop. Thanks for the help anyways!

I came in with a dual sense Controller for my PS5 that had gotten sticky due to myself unfortunately spilling juice on it. The controller got sticky and I was devastated. Hoping to revive my controller I went to this shop and tried to get it taken apart and cleaned. It took a couple days because I had brought it in on a Thursday night but it was almost closing time. The following Friday they got swarmed. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Top notch service and very trustworthy, best in Kelowna.My PC pooped the bed and I had no idea what happened. Took it in and got sorted right away. They tested all my hardware and reported back the diagnostics, installed a new motherboard, reinstalled windows and boom she was good to go. They even cleaned the inside of my PC so it came back cleaner than when I left it! All for a very good price.100% would recommend
