My daughter had to take out her newly pierced belly button ring for an MRI and then couldn't get it back in herself because the hole had collapsed after being out for 24 hours. She went into Bertram & Co to ask for assistance and they were SOO kind and were happy to help her. They made her feel so comfortable and distracted her as they rethread her ring through. She felt so calm the whole time, although it did hurt, and she felt so taken care of! A HUGE thank you for making this so easy. We will definitely be only coming to you for our future piercings and jewelry purchases.
Mike is incredible! Went in today to get my favourite piercing back after my body had rejected it the first time. Mike took my word that the first piercing was straight and in the right place. We did the piercing but when I went home realized it wasn’t aligned with my tattoo. I called back very apologetic because it’s was my fault, I said to pierce exactly where the scar was, and that it was straight. He immediately said to come back and he’ll redo it right away. All he wanted was for me to be happy and for it to be perfect. You can tell he loves what he does, is very professional, fast and a kind person will definitely be seeing you again soon!! Thank you again!
