The Kamloops Windsor Plywood is staffed by an incredible group of employees, always cheerful, eager to help with advice, expertise, and product location knowledge. They field questions, and ‘special’ requests (I.e. requirements for specific wood species they may not have in stock at the time) with speed and efficiency. I have been a customer of this location since moving to Kamloops in ‘09, and can attest that of all the various Windsor Plywood locations I have frequented over the years this location is by far the best, in terms not only of its staff, but also it’s selection. I sincerely recommend this store to any woodworker, be you a novice or a professional.

Great store for the average or experienced woodworker. They have alot of hard to find products. It's unfortunate the price of lumber has risen so drastically over the last year though.

The team at Windsor is exceptionally helpful and acknowledges every customer in the store, answering questions and providing samples and brochures. So far we easily returned a wood shelf, ordered a modern front door (which we received right away) and David kindly came out to measure and check our interior doors. It’s all been a great experience and I really like the quality of products they sell, the store layout makes it easy to find what you’re looking for! Great team, great products - wish I’d known about them sooner!
