On the whole, a really good experience. Friendly staff, doctor was nice and informative, and the place is clean and generally welcoming. I would have given them 5 stars, except there was nowhere for me to sit comfortably. All the chairs in the waiting area were regular sized with solid arms, which unfortunately, as someone with wide hips due to lipedema, means I can't sit comfortably in them - I have to perch on the edge or tilt and sit on my hip, neither of which is fun. There were chairs I could use in the back of the office, outside the doctor's room, but I was not permitted to use those while waiting nor was I allowed to move one to the front; staff also... read full review
I can't say enough good things about this clinic. As someone who is part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and also has sensory sensitivities, it's rare to find a space that feels this safe, welcoming, and respectful. The staff here go out of their way to be kind, patient, and accommodating—without making a big deal out of it or singling anyone out.
The environment is calm and thoughtfully set up, which makes a big difference if you're sensitive to noise, light, or busy spaces. I've been a patient here for awhile now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about your eye health. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you're comfortable with your care. I always leave feeling well taken care of - and seeing clearly! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a team that's knowledgeable and kind.
