I had my hair styled and 'refreshed' by Lisa. She was absolutely amazing. I had never met her before as we just moved to the area. She listened to what I wanted. I wanted to age gracefully with my hair turning grey but I needed some 'umph'. She told me about a product that slowly fades out instead of coloring my hair. Her analogy of the product was so easy to understand. I LOVED the outcome, the style and the color. As I get older, I am all about customer service and LISA went above and beyond for me.
