Defiantly would recommend! Quick response, explains things clearly, and the report is detailed and easy to read. He gives you contractor recommendations and links to how you can fix it yourself which was very helpful in figuring out repair costs for my home purchase and what needed attention first, and what could be done later. He’s also delightful to speak with which just helps ease the stress of purchasing a home. I will Defiantly use him again if I ever require another home inspection.

Steven inspected our home. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. Steven provided so much information in the report and the last half hour we were invited to come out and talk over what he found.
