Defiantly would recommend! Quick response, explains things clearly, and the report is detailed and easy to read. He gives you contractor recommendations and links to how you can fix it yourself which was very helpful in figuring out repair costs for my home purchase and what needed attention first, and what could be done later. He’s also delightful to speak with which just helps ease the stress of purchasing a home. I will Defiantly use him again if I ever require another home inspection.

We recently had Steve Barron from Sunburst Home Inspections inspect a home for us and he did a phenomenal and incredibly thorough job. Steve was very quick, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the inspection process.
I already loved the home before, and now with Steve’s stamp of approval, I feel even more confident and excited moving forward.
