I have had several treatments at Sugar and Spice with both Arnica and Michelle, and have loved every one! Arnica is a master at PMU and Michelle’s facials are exceptional. The vibe, products, and experience are always incredible. Definitely a wonderful place to go to pamper yourself or others!

I have been going to Sugar and Spice since it first opened in Kamloops and I can’t say enough great things about Arnica and her team. Not only does Arnica do the BEST lashes but her facials are also amazing. She always knows what my skin needs and customizes it to work the best with that. I have had many facials overs the years at different spas, in different cities and none have compared to the ones she offers. I have also gone to Briel and Michelle for services lately and they are also awesome. Love all the girls there. Do yourself a favour and book a facial ASAP you won’t regret it.

I cannot recommend Arnica and Sugar and Spice Beauty Bar highly enough! Arnica is very professional - She isn’t finished until she’s fully satisfied with her work. I love visiting the shop, and always come out extremely happy. Thank you!
