Tyler came when he said he would and stayed till the job was finished despite some unexpected problems. He called for help so the job could be finished. We were very happy with the results and his positive attitude. Thank to all involved.
We had an emergency plumbing issue on a weekend and we received same day service. The issue was sorted out within a short time frame and I really appreciated the response time. I find the plumbers are professional, friendly and polite. I would recommend them for any plumbing services you need.
Kamloops Hot Yoga with its two Kamloops locations have been has been using Roto-Rooter for various plumbing issues over the years. The response time has been usually the same day or next business day which is awesome. The service techs have all been great with solutions to all situations I have encounter so far.
