1st time taking my V8 Jaguar F-Type in for a service previously I had used the Jaguar dealer in kelowna. I was referred by a good friend to try them. Pricing was similar although Riversyde uses a better grade of synthetic oil at about 19$ a liter. I Mentioned a few things beyond the service like a squeaky brake front drivers side. When I got the car back I noticed a few small things that are important to me. 1. No oily fingerprints on the hood or body anywhere 2. No boot dirt or grime on the interior matt. 3. Brake squeaks were gone as they blew out the brake dust shoots

Took my car in to get the AC recharged, they were extremely fair with pricing and I noticed that they even took the time to clean my battery terminals. Extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable and quick service.

I went down to Kamloops to take care of some restaurant work in Valemount. But suddenly, a car wheel caught fire and a strange noise was heard. I was so embarrassed that I contacted all the nearby repair centers, but all I got was a negative response. The Riversyde center accepted my car and returned it to me with a complete repair in one day. Thank you very much.
