I brought my senior cat here a few years ago when it was time to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. This was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time for me so I was very grateful for the care and professionalism of all the staff there. The receptionist and veterinarians were all very understanding, kind, and helpful. The private waiting room was also really appreciated as it provided a quiet and calm environment to help ease a very emotional situation. Neighbourhood Veterinary is the best, the staff and vets are so kind and knowledgeable. They took amazing care of my bunny Toad, and I always feel good trusting him in their care. We are going to miss Dr. Helmers but I’m so happy to know Kamloops has such an amazing person available to assist with any emergencies at Phases.
