Customer service was top notch, they go the distance on inoculation of the eye wear, prices, deals, how long it will take to get the glasses, warranty. No hidden fees or details!! So happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend!
Our sons glasses met an untimely death.... On a long weekend. Our regular optometrist was closed for three more days and usually have a lead time of 5-10 business days for glasses. I was really worried we would be waiting weeks for new glasses when I found Lensmakers was open at the mall. I saw a review saying they were helpful in an emergency. I called and Maria was sooooo helpful! She answered the phone before the store was even open. I was so flustered by the unexpected accident, having to pay for new glasses and our optometrist being closed but she was so calm and empathetic. ** DAMAGED EYEGLASSES **I went in to see if I could get my damaged eyeglasses fixed due to playing softball,,, Mary was very accommodating. Turns out they fit just as good from day one. ( Mary refused to charge me for the repair ). I figured after 13 years it was time for some new glasses,,, right from the get-go from the eye exam to picking up my glasses from one day service. Absolutely outstanding,,, I left with a huge smile on my face and I would recommend this place to anybody.
