I dropped my phone, and the screen stopped working . I brought it to KCR, and they told me it either needed a reconnect $75 or a new screen $270 . Thankfully, it was the lesser price . They are honest

I went in hoping to get my Blackberry Classic fixed since I had 3 yrs worth of stuff on it. They replaced the battery and tried everything they could to get it started and working. It didn't even take that long, maybe a couple of hours. They called me, I came back, they couldn't fix it and they didn't charge me a single dime. Absolutely my favorite phone repair place in town.
