This will NOT be a good review of Richard Lemieux and Kami Hardwoods. Quite honestly I don’t know where to start so I will start at the beginning of our interactions.At our initial consultations Richard mentioned that the project would take a week. Which was to replace the laminate on our stairs to hardwood, and have that hardwood match the existing flooring on the main level of the house. We built a house in the last year. Unfortunately, an amateur floor layer installed the original engineered wood floor and made a terrible mess. The whole floor had to be removed. We then approached Kami. After many visits and with superb help and guidance from Al, Gord, and Gloria - they helped us narrow down a new floor product. They had Charles come to our house and install it. He was a stellar - total detail guy. After 4 days it was done and our main floor looked spectacular. We also bought carpet from Kami. I cannot thank Kami enough for saving our house. The staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and was more than willing to help us get through this. Thanks... read full review
