I have been a life long customer since my teen age years…now 66…I keep coming back…Dr.Sitar is excellent in the examine room & listening to all my concerns…..office is always nice & clean & they have the up to date equipment required to do a total eye evaluation….the front end is extremely helpful from welcoming me when I arrive to filling prescription & fitting glasses….ill be coming back till I can’t…
Friendly and professional. From the time I arrived, to the time I left, the staff were warm and welcoming. There was no pressure to purchase expensive frames and at no point did I feel rushed (even while trying on dozens of frames!).
We have been going to this optometrist’s office since I was a child (I am 69) and really appreciate the friendly, professional and excellent staff and atmosphere here. Although ownership has changed hands, the staff is still terrific and we continue to feel comfortable and well taken care of there! We appreciate all of you. (Today in particular, Sherry!).
