I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing team at Chatters in Aberdeen Mall. My kids and I were all getting our hair done when my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency. The way everyone in the salon responded was nothing short of exceptional.
Alba and Drew, our stylists, were calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire situation. The other staff members also stepped in without hesitation, doing everything they could to help. A special thank you as well to the off-duty RN, Karen and her friend, who happened to be there — your presence and assistance I am forever grateful for.

So happy With the color service From Alba.. I have natural black hair and He did an Amazing job .. he was kind .and gentle he constantly checking if im ok as it took 4 hours for my hair... he made sure he tells me every step what he doing and double checking which colors i like .. he did great job and im extremely Satisfied!! Super friendly staff .. My new favorite hair dreser .
I came in as a walk in for a quick haircut. Feeling old and haggard. Drew was amazing. He gave the best scalp massage and haircut. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw the difference. I left feeling amazing and fresh. Thank you. I will.be back!
