This is the second time Dr. Kenneth F. Kicia at Back to Health has helped me, and once again, the results were nothing short of magical. His chiropractic care is precise, effective, and based on a reliable diagnosis. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. I’m so grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him if you’re in Kamloops and need outstanding chiropractic treatment!
They have the most friendly front desk staff I have ever met. The chiropractor as well was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me walk upright for the first time in two weeks after I put my back out.

I had an amazing experience with Alex (massage therapist) and Gordon (chiropractor)! From start to finish, I felt so cared for, respected, and truly looked after. Alex is incredibly talented—he focused on my most painful spots during the massage and worked wonders. Gordon was equally fantastic—thorough, attentive, and made sure I was fully adjusted and feeling great before I left. I can’t recommend them enough!
