We had a sewer backup about a week ago, I called a plumber wont mention their name but they were unable get the snake through to clear the sewer line, although there were there for 6.5 hours and charged me for it. I checked around again, I was told that Dan at A Gross Underground was pretty good and can sometimes clear what others can not. I gave Dan a call and he was there the same day and had the blockage cleared within 1.5 hours. You don't often see the competence and professional manner he showed while he was working away and explaining what he was doing and how things worked, I will certainly be calling on Dan again should i be so unfortunate to need his services a second time. Our shower was not draining properly. A Groess Underground were over really quickly and figured out the problem and now things drain great. What I really appreciate is Dan the tech was very polite, respectful and clean. He also offered some suggestions in regards to what we can do to avoid this in the future. I would not be hesitant in any way to recommend this company to friends and family.
