Money Mart is a reliable and customer-friendly business that provides excellent services to its clients. The staff, including Dano and Heather, are praised for their patience, politeness, and helpfulness in assisting customers with their financial needs. Customers appreciate the one-stop-shop convenience and the ease of getting currency or loans when needed. Overall, Money Mart is a business that is highly recommended by its satisfied customers.
The gentleman that normally serves me is always friendly and polite. Often times customers are left waiting for acknowledgment and service. My biggest issue is that I was told I wasn't allowed to pay Any of my cash advance early if it wasn't the full amount. This was in Duncan BC. I do NOT recommend this place.
The employees sit at the back of the store while the store is full of customers and a huge line up outside. They sat in the back for 20 minutes while people were waiting. It is ridiculous. Get more staff.
This location has amazing customer service. I might have the name wrong but Dano was so extremely patient, polite and helpful with what I needed to get done. It was a very time consuming process, but he was a pleasure to talk to and didn’t make me feel rushed, best customer service I’ve had in a while!
