Doug did my carpets in July when we moved in to our house and when I let him know we had a new baby in the house he stopped and bought a mask and a shield to wear in the house. He was extremely courteous and absolutely wonderful and hard working! I highly recommend his services. We just had him back today to clean our furnace and vents and to sanitize our heating system. Doug was great. Professional and personable as well. The fact that he was able to come on a Sunday while all the other companies said Monday or Tuesday, was a huge benefit to us.We just moved into a rental where the carpets weren't cleaned prior to. We had all our bedroom belongings throughout the house until the carpets could be done. We can't thank him enough for letting us get settled sooner. We will recommend you guys as often as we can. Could not be more impressed with the service we received today from Douglas. He was very helpful with ensuring our furniture was placed properly on foam risers and that the carpet received a good, thorough cleaning. I'm also appreciative of the fact that this company uses high quality cleaning products that are non-toxic and approved for use in commercial office buildings and hospital buildings.
