Our apologies this is getting posted just now. We had the very best experience from the owner. Our car was making the worst noise, and we were going up island. We pulled into H & M who were absolutely booked solid. BUT, the owner took our keys, took our vehicle for a drive, and removed the stones in the steering column. Problem solved. We were going to Calgary in couple of days, live in Victoria. We can't tell you how grateful we were/are. Kind, and the best service ever. He did not charge us. Many many thanks. He really helped us, and at such a busy time for him. Cheers!!

Can’t say enough about this shop and the service provided…I had a break issue and they quickly assess and squeezed me into their super busy schedule as . Amazing service, very very knowledgeable staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Absolutely would not hesitate to recommend this shop. Thanks you guys!

My car was leaking gas fast so we rushed to the nearest shop which happened to be H&M. They got my car on a hoist immediately - before we ran out of gas - and were able to find the source of the leak. They were patient and friendly as I navigated my warranty with my dealership. I will be recommending them to friends and family.
