Scott is friendly and did a great job on the carpet in our new home. He showed up as scheduled and he got right to work. His pricing is fair and you know up front exactly what you’re gonna pay. No hidden fees or add ons at the end of the job. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Scott!
Amazing job by Scott at Fabri-Klean. Even though we have 2 large dogs after he used his special pet formula we could not believe how clean our carpets turned out. Highly recommended! Here is a picture of the before/after difference during cleaning.
We've had Scott clean our carpets and rugs twice now for pet stains and odours. Scott does an excellent job of providing options and pricing, and what to expect (or not expect) from each one and provides a clear explanation of what each process does. There's no pressured up-selling and he will freely provide alternate methods or solutions to try if he thinks he can't accomplish something to his high standards or you could do it easily.
