Amazing job by Scott at Fabri-Klean. Even though we have 2 large dogs after he used his special pet formula we could not believe how clean our carpets turned out. Highly recommended! Here is a picture of the before/after difference during cleaning.
We've had Scott clean our carpets and rugs twice now for pet stains and odours. Scott does an excellent job of providing options and pricing, and what to expect (or not expect) from each one and provides a clear explanation of what each process does. There's no pressured up-selling and he will freely provide alternate methods or solutions to try if he thinks he can't accomplish something to his high standards or you could do it easily.

Excellent service! Scott did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets, including tackling the challenging stairs. They were punctual, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The team, led by the fearless leader and his trusty apprentice (aka his daughter, who I'm sure is now certified in carpet cleaning) worked together seamlessly. And bonus points for coming out on a Sunday during the long weekend - talk about dedication. I'm so glad I don't have to break out the old carpet cleaner (or my aching back) anymore! Highly recommend!
