Gareth was friendly and his communication was great! He was able to work with our very short notice schedule and we appreciated that. He gave a very detailed report with pictures of everything so you could really understand what he was explaining.

I would definitely use him again. This is my first time he is super thorough and gives a great analysis of what needs to be done. What can wait but it’s really nice to have someone that you feel comfortable with. He’s a great inspector.!!!
