The only issue is delivery date. I phoned number listed for Best Buy. Not local. Who knows where the call went to. I would like the local store number to be listed. The call services was only interested in on line purchases, which mine wasn’t

My daughter and I went to the Best Buy Duncan location to inquire about a new cell phone and plan. Krysta Johnson answered all our questions and gave us notes so we could remember. Then we went to a few other merchants including two in Victoria. We felt no one gave the same attention and time to us like Krysta did in Duncan so next day we headed back and got a new phone and plan set up there with her. Her patience and customer service was exemplary and we would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Krysta for your time and care in helping us with such cheerful professionalism. Evan at Best Buy Duncan is the MAN! Put him to work he showed me every headphone in that building making sure it was the right one for me! Will return 10 times over with service like that! Good man who deserves a raise
