“I was really impressed with Metrotown Floors and Interiors . Not only did they address all my concerns they replied almost immediately . Al Eris gave me suggestions for my carpets and underlay . I’m skeptical but am I happy I listened to his suggestions esp the underlay ! I’ve gotten many compliments already on how nice and compfy the carpet feels , even from diehard hardwood fans. “I wouldn’t wish the stress of a renovation on my worst enemy, but amid the chaos of various contractors not showing up on time, or at all, prices escalating, and grumpy demeanors, Eric was the light in our project. Eric was always on time. Did quality work. Had fair pricing that never changed from one day to the next. My only hesitation in writing this review is he might not be available for my next project. Because yes, he will be the first person I contact regarding my next renovation project.”
