Amazing customer service from Pam Dhillon at Pacific Rim Cabinets. Pam quickly found me a replacement hinge for kitchen cabinets that were installed almost 14 years ago. Truly impressive to see a company standby their product so many years after installation. Thanks for your help Pam.

Pacific Rim Cabinets recently completed the installation of our new kitchen as part of a larger reno project. They did a terrific job. The cabinets themselves are beautiful and well crafted, but it's the people who made the difference. We started with a thoughtful design created by Rosa, followed by expert installation by Adam. Both were great. And a special shout-out to Gil, who went far above-and-beyond when it came time for a bit of creative problem solving and extra effort, and to Pam, who is the behind-the-scenes customer-focused person who knows how to weave together all the pieces and parts of a complex project. Well done, all.

Joy designed my kitchen in 2016 and I was so excited to have her back to work on my kitchen in my new home. She did an amazing job as I knew she would, only this time she was working for a better cabinet company, in my opinion. She gave me everything I wanted for less than I expected to pay. Bonus! I absolutely love the quality of the cabinets and the end result is stunning! I highly recommend Pac Rim, and Joy as a designer. I was so happy dealing with everyone, from office staff to designer, to installer. Adam, our installer was not only an interesting guy but a perfectionist.
