I highly recommend this store! The salesperson paintakingly assisted me by reading many food labels to offer selections that my pet could eat, considering his many food sensitivities. The staff has been friendly and helpful EVERY TIME I entered the store.

My husband and I are in Dawson Creek as we are moving to Alaska from Florida but it started snowing! So we decided to stay another night to let the snow melt a bit, our lab mix is a true Florida dog so she was definitely very cold! My husband took her here while I stayed at the hotel to find her a good jacket, they were so kind and helpful, they pulled out all their winter coats from storage to have her try on, unfortunately she’s very large chested so none of them fit, but she did get some awesome new toys! Everyone there was so kind and friendly to her, and we are just so happy she had a great time!! Thank you all so much!!
